  23. In keeping with previous Danish Opens, the 1997 Ford/Stimorol Danish Open boasts a wonderful array of entertainment both on and off the golf course.<P>
  24. The on course action will commence with the Danish Open Pro-Am on Wednesday 4th June featuring 56 teams of 2 amateurs competing alongside the lady professionals. Entry to the Pro-Am day is free and it will be an opportunity to see the talented professionals in a relaxed frame of mind as they make their final preparations for the Danish Open. The Pro-Am will be followed by the Gala Dinner at Vejle´s magnificent 5 star resort, Munkebjerg Hotel.<P>
  25. The traditional Casino Munkebjerg Skins Game will be held on Thursday 5th June with record prizemoney of DKK 40,000 on offer for the 9 hole match. Danish star Karina Ørum will be accompanied by previous Danish Open winners and the highest ranked professionals from the tournament.<BR>
  26. The match will commence at 16.00, entry again is free.<BR>
  27. A barbeque, open to the public, will follow the Skins Game.<P>

  30. <IMG SRC="drive.gif"  WIDTH=139 HEIGHT=210 ALIGN=TOP></TD><TD VALIGN=TOP WIDTH=350>The Championship begins in earnest on Friday 6th June with 120 of Europe's prominent lady professionals teeing off in the 54 hole event for a record £90.000 prizemoney. Eighteen holes will be played on Friday and Saturday before the field is cut to the leading 60 plus ties for Sunday's final round. Spectators will be able to walk the fairways with Europe's  finest players as they challenge Vejle Golf Club's testing composite course.<P>
  31. The 1997 Ford/Stimorol Danish Open at Vejle Golf Club promises to be one of Denmark's truly special sporting events and should not be missed.</TD></TR>
